Your name

I do need it when I request it in submission forms, surveys, subscriptions, opt-ins. I need this information so that I know whom do I address in my emails and messages. This information isn't disclosed or sold to any other parties and stays between us.

Your email address.

I need your email address to contact you, make offers, discounts, inform you of any changes relevant to our fan/artist relationship. Your email address is not being sold or handed to third parties and is being used solely in the framework of our relationship. However, I do utilize third party platforms (such as Active Campaign, and Jot Form) which make it easier for me to keep you updated.

Simply speaking, by submitting your email on my website you indicate that you're interested in my music/art, and are here to receive information from me, the artist, relevant to my artistic activities. As the owner of this website, I agree to keep this information between us and only utilize it for the above-said purposes.

The right for your data to be forgotten

If at some point you find yourself no longer comfortable with my products/services, and/or privacy policies, if you feel like the artistic value I provide doesn't weigh the data you've explicitly provided to me, you have every single right to request for this data to be forgotten.

There are two ways you can request this: simply unsubscribe from my emails, and/or contact me at and ask me to delete any information related to you.

Upon such request, all of your data will be permanently deleted from my hard drives, Google Docs, and Google Spreadsheets.

 Quizzes and surveys.

Any questions I ask you on my website require your explicit consent. If you don't want to answer them, simply don't. By participating in any of my surveys, quizzes, forms you give me explicit permission to collect the data you provide and use your answers to take commercial and marketing decisions. Again, the only reason why I am asking questions is that I want to provide you the best experience in my artistic world and better understand your needs.

All the data you submit through my submission forms, surveys, quizzes, opt-ins, etc. is stored in my Google Docs/Google Spreadsheets and on my hard drives. My Google accounts use 2-step verification so that all of this data is properly protected, and risks of data breaches are minimized. The moment you request this data to be deleted, I am at full capacity to do so.
